Refund policy
We want you to love what you ordered, but if something isn't right, let us know. We'll give you an exchange on that piece in another colour, a different size, or an entirely new style. In the unlikely event that any merchandise you have ordered from us is not received in good condition, is damaged or defective, or if merchandise delivered is different from what you had ordered, you may return the merchandise unused, and in the same condition as you received it, in its original packaging with original tags, for an exchange, within 48 hours from the date on which these goods are delivered. Once received, the customer care team will see if all conditions are met, your credit/exchange would be processed.
Please note:
1) Products once dispatched or delivered cannot be returned. It can only be exchanged for another product
2) Items will be considered for exchange only if it is unused, unaltered and with all tags still attached. Returns that are damaged or soiled may not be accepted and may be sent back to the customer. Please inform our customer care department in the event of any Goods/products are delivered without tags.
3) You will be required to share clear images or video proof of the damage along with your order ID via email or WhatsApp
4) All custom-made orders are non-returnable.
5) No Exchanges on discounted merchandise
6) Returns/Refunds would only be accepted if goods received are defective, spurious, not as advertised/agreed upon if applicable, may take up to 7-10 business days.
7) We do not offer Refunds in any form (monetary or store credit)
8) Exchange in or replacement due to sizing issues (please refer to our size guide or reach out before placing your order)
9) We offer minor alterations wherever possible. Please note that courier charges for sending the garment back will be borne by the customer
10) All items purchased under sales, festive offers, promotional deals or using a discount code are not eligible for return, exchange or replacement— even in the case of damage or defect, these purchases are final.

Exchange in India
Step 1
To return an item, the customer must write to us at poshaakbyradhi01@gmail.com. Alternatively, the customer may WhatsApp us at our customer care number : +91 9592496924, within 48 hours of delivery of the shipment.
Step 2
Please await a mail confirmation from our end for initiating the return. We will try to arrange for a pick-up through our courier partner. Just in case, their service is unavailable at your address, we request to self-ship it at our address.
Step 3
Pack your return securely, in the original package and Courier the parcel back to us. Details will be shared in the email.
Exchange Outside India
Unfortunately, at this moment, we do not permit any returns or exchanges for international orders, unless the product is damaged or defective, or if merchandise delivered is different from what you had ordered.
In an exceptional case to case basis, if a customer can facilitate the return of goods in India, at an address from where a pickup can be arranged through our courier partner within 90 days from merchandise delivery, we are happy to facilitate an exchange for the customer. Shipping charges may be applicable in case, exchanged merchandise requires international shipping

Refunds
Once we’ve received and inspected your return, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If approved, your refund will be issued to your original payment method within 7–14business days. Please remember that it may take some additional time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund.

Cancellation Policy
Order Cancellation Window
• Ready-to-ship products: Can be cancelled within 12 hours of placing the order.
• Customized / made-to-order products: Cannot be cancelled once production has begun.
Non-Cancellable Orders
Cancellation is not possible for:
• Custom-made, tailored, or size-adjusted outfits
• Designer pieces involving embroidery, dyeing, or handwork
• Sale or discounted items
• Orders that have already been shipped
Refund for Cancelled Orders
If your order qualifies for cancellation, refunds will be processed to your original payment method within 7–14 business days. Bank or payment gateway processing times may vary.
Order Modification
Size or design changes for customized orders may be possible within 24 hours, depending on the production stage.
